I have always been a photographer at heart from a young age.
I started my photography business in 2007 focusing on posed family portrait sessions.
While this has introduced me to many amazing and fun families, last year I made a big change.
I realized that I wasn't fully using my creative potential, limiting myself to posed family sessions.
I wasn't always able to truly capture a family with raw emotions and real interactions.
Enter Documentary Family Photography + Films.
After I had my baby girl, Gabriella, in 2015, I found myself wanting to take pictures more
of the moments and memories that were occurring on a daily basis,
rather than the traditional posed and smiling at the camera-type of pictures.
I wanted to have pictures that told a story. That showed everyone what she liked to do at
each and every stage of her growth. That when I looked back at each image I could tell a
story to go along with it. I decided I wanted to share this with everyone.
Documentary Photography is unscripted and un-posed.
There will be little to no interaction by me as
I aim to capture your real life, real moments and real interactions.
This is your real life in all its perfect imperfections.
Every Family has a Unique Story.
